Government Affairs Automation System

Government Affairs is pleased to announce new services in the automation system. This fast, reliable and efficient communication tool is available to all KAUST community members.

The 22 new automated services are:

  • Car driving license issuance
  • Car driving license renewal
  • Car registration renewal (collect)
  • Car ownership transfer
  • Car plate change
  • Motorcycle driving license issuance
  • Motorcycle driving license renewal
  • Domestic helper iqama issuance (collect)
  • Domestic helper iqama renewal (collect)
  • Domestic helper Iqama lost or damaged
  • Sponsorship transfer (domestic helper)
  • Fingerprint police clearance
  • Pets (import/export) letter
  • Tax (Zakat) letter
  • Documents attestation from MOFA
  • Documents attestation from Chamber of Commerce
  • Documents attestation from foreign consulate
  • Attestation for KAUST school certificate from MOE
  • Birth certificate issuance
  • Birth certificate replacement
  • Newspaper announcement
  • Information correction

These automated services will only be accepted through the KAUST portal starting from today, Monday, January 01, 2018. Requests submitted before that date will be processed as usual.

A centralized repository named “GA Requestor” will provide a secure storage of digital copies of documents. This will enable easier uploads.
