GCC 2016 Launch Event
The launch event for the 2016 GCC will be on Tuesday, September 6, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Harbor Sports Club. Come along with your team, collect your bags and find out more about the facilities and activities offered, and the events that we will be running during the 100-day challenge.
Diet Club – Reminder
A reminder that we will be running a Diet Club during the 100-day challenge: if you are interested in losing weight as well as getting more active then this Club is for you! The program includes an initial medical check-up, a personalized diet program and bi-weekly sessions with the KAUST Health Nutritionist. To register for the Diet Club, please e-mail gcckaust@kaust.edu.sa.
