Fire Extinguisher Training

Keep up on your lab safety training by registering for the Health, Safety, and Environment Department Fire Extinguisher Training sessions. Choose from among these Sundays at various locations:

March 18 at Ibn Al Haytham (building 2)
March 25 at Al Jazri (building 4)
April 1 at Al Khawarizmi (building 1)
April 8 at Al Kindi (building 5)
April 15 at Ibn Al Haytham (building 2)
April 22 at the Engineering Science Hall (building 9)

There will be multiple training sessions offered between 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. The training sessions will be composed of a 30 minute lecture and 30 minute hands on exercise (one hour total). You must attend the lecture before you can attend the hands on exercise in order to get credit for this training class.

These training sessions are open to anyone, but pre-registration is required and class size is limited to 20 attendees per session.
