Government Affairs invites you to register on the Ministry of Interior (MOI) website in order to utilize the Saudi government’s electronic services.
To complete your registration and activate the pre-set username, please visit GASC (Government Affairs Service Center) where a fingerprint device is available 24 hours until Saturday, December 8. Only the KAUST employee needs to be fingerprinted.
You are urged to complete the registration during this specified period. GASC is located on level 2 in the Administration Building (building 16).
This service enables individuals (after logging onto the MOI website) to inquire about their dependents’ information registered at the MOI, review information about dependents and sponsored individuals, as well as perform services electronically.

except the machine refused to accept my fingerprint and no information on how to proceed further
After many fingerprint rejects, the machine finally accepted my fingerprint. But then rejected the picture it took of me. A comment came on the screen: the taken photo was different from that on file.
