Feed your brain with healthy food at the Campus Diner

We have all heard of the clean eating trend, but what does clean eating really mean? It refers to eating the best and healthiest options in each of the food groups, along with embracing foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy proteins. Clean eating is not necessarily about weight loss, but it focuses on general health.

As part of the Enrichment in the Spring program, the Campus Diner has launched a daily healthy menu beginning today.

Don’t miss tomorrow’s menu: tuna steaks, pasta with fresh tomatoes, olives, fresh broccoli with garlic and brown rice.
