February Community Fitness Challenge — Rabble!

Rabble is a social team game which provides a high intensity workout while running around and having fun. Rabble games include capture the flag, British bulldog, dodgeball, circle ball, fitball, Army/Navy, flying disc and an obstacle challenge. There will be two Rabble games each week – every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and Thursday at 5:45 p.m., starting Wednesday, February 5 and continuing through the end of February.
