Facilities Management Call Center Service Reduction

As part of our continuous focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience our Facilities Management Call Center will be attending a scheduled training and coaching workshop. During this period, we will be delivering a reduced service from the Call Center to the KAUST Community.

Start:                    Monday March 6, 2023
Finish:                  Wednesday March 8, 2023
Impact:                Potential delay in call answering at the Call Center

This will not impact service delivery from the Maintenance teams after the service call is logged.
