Government Affairs would like to remind you of the upcoming Explore Saudi Arabia hiking trip in Al-Ula.
The trip will run from Thursday, March 30 to Saturday, April 1. Spaces are limited; only the first 25 people registered will join the trip. The deadline for registration is Thursday, March 2.
To register, print and complete the Al-Ula Hiking Trip application form and email a scanned version with supporting documents to ExploreSaudiArabia@kaust.edu.sa.
Please note: To finalize the registration, payments must be paid in the GA Center no later than Thursday, March 2. Once registration is complete and payment has been collected, your booking will be confirmed. Given the advance preparation and block bookings required to organize these excursions, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations.
