Enrichment in the Spring Events for today, Tuesday, April 26

Today is World Intellectual Property Day and Enrichment in the Spring is celebrating with a two-day IP symposium and a technology showcase of the latest and greatest innovations being worked on at KAUST.

Anyone interested in learning more about the amazing architecture on our campus should head along to KAUST architect Hani Itani’s lunchtime lecture. Hani will give his insights on several key features of our innovative campus, including the wind towers, the Administration Building (bldg. 16) rotunda and much more.

We also welcome Thomas Skalak of the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation for our evening keynote on how innovation is fostered and supported through the coming together of many different groups and systems. Don’t miss this chance to hear from one of the world’s leading experts on innovation.

Head to our creativity hub in the Auditorium (bldg. 20) today from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to participate in hands-on activities including weaving palm leaves and coloring in your own Enrichment in the Spring bag. Post a picture of your bag on https://www.facebook.com/enrichmentatkaust/ and you could win a prize.

We’ll see you at the events!
