Adolescents during this age are particularly at risk of feeling increasingly stressed or anxious because of all the changes they are experiencing on a daily basis. This is a critical time to teach young people coping mechanisms and strategies to help them become emotionally resilient as they meet ever-increasing challenges in life.
Participants will learn, through engaging in team building activities and smaller break-out groups, how to identify and cope with different emotional states such as anxiety and depression.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday, February 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the IRC activity room. Parents are asked to register their child for the workshop and are not required to attend. Dinner will be provided.
Spaces are free but limited. For registration or more information, contact Fatmah.Hadadi@kaust.edu.sa
