Core Labs launch new full-service request platform

The Core Labs are introducing a Request for Service (RFS) online platform for submitting, approving, tracking, reporting and providing feedback on full-service requests.

Please note: Badger will continue to serve as our equipment reservation, access control and charging system.

RFS launch phase

This initial phase of the RFS tool focuses on providing full-service requests for the following Core Labs:

  • Analytical Chemistry
  • Bioscience
  • Nanofabrication
  • Imaging and Characterization
  • Workshops

The next phases will include implementing RFS for the remaining Core Labs and across other services such as training and tours.

RFS will be accessible starting May 18 by visiting https://corelabs.kaust.edu.sa/services/request. Please email corelabs.services@kaust.edu.sa for any service-related queries.
