Complimentary services at Al-Jazirah Ford

Community Life is pleased to announce complimentary services offered at Al-Jazirah Ford to KAUST Community members for Ford brand personal vehicles. 

Offer details

This complimentary service will cover include a 20% discount on labor and 30% on parts for Ford brand only. To qualify, you must present your KAUST ID along with your vehicle registration, indicating your ownership of the vehicle.

Booking process, contact and location

• Minor services can be conducted at KAUST.  These services are provided during working hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M (Saturday to Thursday) on an appointment basis. To book an appointment, email ford.lease@kaust.edu.sa or call 053 812 0034. KAUST Al-Jazirah Ford service center is located here.

• Other services can be done at the Ford Service Center in Jeddah. Please contact imalik@aljazirahford.com or call on 054 324 6578 to book an appointment. The Jeddah Al-Jazirah Ford service center is located here.
