Please note:
- Travel time from KAUST to North Terminal is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes and to South Terminal, approximately two hours.
- Please allow sufficient time for your journey – it is recommended that you leave KAUST five hours before your flight departure time (the airport is expected to be extremely busy).
- No reservation for the bus is required.

On Thursday, March 21 we landed, we were in the airport and wanted to take the above mentioned bus to KAUST.
I wanted to check with Saptco first at the contacts provided in the announcement but the reply was “we cannot take you to KAUST as we are only service providers and KAUST instructions were for airport drop-off only”.
I believe this policy should be reconsidered to take full advantage of this initiative and avoid wasting resources.
