There is now a BUPA representative based at the KAUST Medical Center (KMC) who is available to handle claims and reimbursements, as well as answer any general questions you may have concerning your plan coverage or membership.
The BUPA representative is available four days a week:
During Ramadan:
Sunday through Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
After Ramadan:
Sunday through Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
