Book a Breast cancer screening this October at KAUST Health

Early detection is the most effective way to save lives — and this October, KAUST Health is encouraging eligible community members to book their breast cancer screening.

Did you know?

  • Early-stage breast cancer has survival rates of over 90% (5 years) and 85% (10 years).
  • Mortality has decreased by 40% in recent decades thanks to screening and awareness.
  • Early cancers often show no symptoms, making screening vital.
  • A mammogram is safe: it exposes you to less radiation than a month of watching television.

Eligibility

  • Women aged 40+ who have not had a screening in the past 1–2 years.
  • Women aged 30+ with a family history (mother/sibling) who have not had a screening in the past year.

How to book

📞 Call 940 (landline) or 012 808 0940 (mobile)

When you arrive, let reception know you are here for breast cancer screening. If follow-up is required, a valid health insurance policy will apply.

Take the step. Book your screening today.
