- Newborn Care: Monday, May 8 (5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- Childbirth Preparation: Monday, May 15 (5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- Breastfeeding: Monday, May 22 (5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- Safe sleep practices: Monday, May 29 (5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
About pregnancy and childbirth classes
Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
