KAUST Health invites you to attend pregnancy and childbirth in-person classes for free during your third trimester of pregnancy.
Register for one session or all four!
- Newborn care`: Monday, August 29 (17:30 -19:00 p.m.)
- Childbirth preparation: Monday, September 5 (17:30 p.m. – 19:00 p.m.)
- Breastfeeding: Monday, September 12 (17:30 p.m. – 19:00 p.m.)
- Safe sleep practices: Monday, September 19 (17:30 p.m. – 19:00 p.m.)
Pregnancy and childbirth classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with the latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
