- Where: shallow end of the IRC pool
- When: Monday morning: 8:10 – 8:55 am starting April 4
Thursday morning: 8:10 – 8:55 am starting April 7
Tuesday evening: 8:00 -8:45 pm starting April 5 - Price: Seven sessions each / 280SR / no sessions during Eid
- Various: No special equipment needed. Suitable for non-swimmers; males and females welcome
