Analytical Core Lab Training Course

The Analytical Core Lab is offering the following basic training course:

Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS)
Tuesday and Wednesday, October 2-3
Ibn Sina Building (building 3), level 3, room 3320

GC/MS has been widely accepted as a unique technique for identification of unknown samples, volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds in mixtures, environmental analysis, drug detection, and explosives investigation. Participants will be introduced to the background and practice of GC/MS as well as important practical considerations and typical applications.
