We visited at 8:30pm on Friday and also 5:30pm and 6:00pm on Saturday but there was no one manning the booth. We called the guy and he said he was not at KAUST until 11:00am on Sunday.

We went to the campus diner today at 1pm and there was nobody. When I called Mr. Fayez, he said he’s not coming today. Can these changes in schedule please be notified by email or posted to thelens. It is a waste of time to go to the place mentioned and not finding the vendor.
We visited today around 1:15 pm and unfortunately didn’t found anyone from Amex, so decided to ask the Tamimi cashier about the whereabouts of Amex guy, so he pointed out at the box with a business card of Amex personal Fayez, upon calling him we said that he didn’t come today to KAUST. so, out of 3 days, 1 day was gone. Can his stay be extended further?
This is ridiculous. I couldn’t find them on discovery square, and I couldn’t find them in diner. If he doesn’t mean to be there, please do not advertise on the dates and times. It’s totally meaningless and as Zulfikhar said it’s a waste of time. By the way, has any one ever seen a man at the booth??

I do not really need another credit card but was attracted by that free of charge offer and spent some time to do that paperwork, income (sufficient) statement etc, handed it over to the Amex agent and then got a few days later rejected by email due to my age (57). So at the end just a waste of time – please spare me in the future with similar offers.

My application was accepted, then received the product terms and conditions – 450 SAR service fee PER MONTH plus 150 SAR for the supplementary card….. may be waived if you settle your balance in full and on-time. I have asked them to clarify.
