ACL Training Course: Gas Physisorption

Characterization of Porous Materials by Gas Physisorption Technique
Tuesday and Wednesday, October 16 and 17
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Ibn Sina Building (building 3), level 3, room 3320

The Analytical Core Lab (ACL) is offering this short course introducing the basic physical adsorption theory, including surface area as well as mesopore and micropore characterization. Hands-on operation will include sample preparation, and full adsorption and desorption isotherm collection for mesoporous and microporous materials using nitrogen and argon. Data processing will also be discussed in this course. Click here for more information or to register.
