The first 100 people who submit a proposal will receive a gift.
The Winter Enrichment Program returns in 2016 from January 10 – 21, and we need your inspired ideas!
For WEP 2016, the theme will be “Climate change and sustainability.” Proposals that fall under a different topic will be still considered.
We would like to remind you that:
- Even if you don’t have a KAUST email address, you can submit a proposal for WEP
- If you will be travelling soon, make sure to have downloaded the VPN in order to submit while outside of KAUST. Instructions on how to download the VPN can be found here:

- We can help you with your submissions, the Enrichment Programs team will be available every day during the week from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, and from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Confirm your slot by emailing us at: contactwep@kaust.edu.sa
Deadline for proposal submissions is Thursday, April 30, 2015.
