Join us for a Women in Technology Panel discussion this Wednesday and hear the opinions, ideas, and stories of four highly successful women from different fields within the technology industry.

The session aims to inspire and connect Women in Technology and discuss: Importance, challenges, and initiatives

Speakers profile:

Amélie de Marsily leads the Cisco EMEAR Advanced Services team that delivers professional services to enterprise, public sector, and commercial customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia. De Marsily currently mentors many women within Cisco and was recently invited to join the advisory board of Prospero World, an international charity promoting positive social change through community-based activity and public education.

Since joining Aramco in 1982, Nabiliah Al-Tunisi has embraced change in her own career at Aramco. Besides shepherding the Aramco-Dow joint venture, she has developed software to monitor oil assets, implemented automation systems to speed up the transport of oil and gas, led engineers on alternative energy solutions, and managed oil and gas projects worth $40 billion. In recognition, Aramco promoted her to chief engineer. “To become chief engineer of the world’s largest oil and gas company, with engineering being traditional and conservative all over the world, especially in oil and gas, it’s a huge responsibility and a privilege,” she says.

Patricia Florissi is VP and Global Chief Technology Officer for EMC Sales and holds the honorary title of EMC Distinguished Engineer, having been nominated in October 2007. As Global CTO for Sales, Florissi is devoted to mentoring and to increasing women presence in STEM.

Patricia Damkroger is VP and General Manager of Intel Technical Computing Group. Damkroger was Acting Associate Director for Computation at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). She has served in numerous leadership positions in the Computation Directorate and was the chair for the Supercomputing Conference 2014 (SC14).
