Venue: Auditorium (building 20)
Academic Convocation launches the new academic year and is also an opportunity to welcome newly arrived and returning students, faculty, and staff. A welcome address will be given by President Jean-Lou Chameau, followed by speakers Hatoon Baazim (MS ’13) and Michael Berumen, Assistant Professor of Marine Science.
Refreshments will be served following the formal program in the main foyer of the Auditorium.
