University Development and the Office of Research Services are pleased to announce the second awarding ceremony recognizing 13 outstanding SABIC sponsored KAUST postdoctoral fellows.
All faculty, postdoctoral fellows, researchers, and students are invited to attend the ceremony in the Auditorium (building 20) at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2012.
A Poster Exhibit and Reception will be held at the lobby of the Main Auditorium (building 20) prior to the conferment of awards. This will be an opportunity to learn about the winning KAUST fellows and their current research.
The SABIC Postdoctoral Fellowships are awarded annually for five years, as part of a broad sponsorship agreement between SABIC and KAUST.
The fellowship recipients are all involved in areas of long-term research relevant to SABIC and the Kingdom such as new and renewable energies, water research, advanced materials, catalysis, scientific computational services, materials engineering, and nanotechnologies.
