Dear KAUST Community,
This morning, the water supply to the residential area will be from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We thank you for your continued conservation efforts and request that you remain mindful in your use of water.
Our process for replenishing water in our holding tanks has been progressing reasonably well. Our data shows that our average usage last night was above our projections, which is understandable given the need to restore water and pressure to the water distribution system throughout the community. Today we will continue monitoring our data and usage so that we can update you.

The water come out from the pipe is red and have a bad smell. Is it safe to use?
Call 959 so technician can check.
Water team came to my house and solved this problem. Now the water is normal.
Also the water is forming foam by itself, indicates some surfactant like material is present in the water.
please call 959 to determine the problem and provide solution.
