Do you use the gyms or go to the pools at KAUST? Do you visit the recreation centers often?
We are excited to announce that we are hosting a Design Thinking Workshop, where we will generate ideas and create concepts to enhance the Recreation Experience. This time we will be covering the sports clubs only. This is the first workshop of many that we plan to conduct in the future for other recreation activities such as cinema, boat trips, and the beach.
Purpose and background:
KAUST Smart, in collaboration with Community Life, would like to redesign the experience of KAUST community members when engaging in recreation activities to make it more enjoyable, and to find innovative approaches to provide recreation services. We will take a human-centered approach to understand the pain points today, and to generate ideas that will serve as a roadmap for the Community Life team for enhancements and improvements. The voice of community members is extremely important in this process.
