KAUST Health invites you to attend Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes during your 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Attend Monday evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Conference Room 2 at KAUST Health.
Enroll in one session or all four!
- Monday, February 3: Childbirth Preparation
- Monday, February 10: Infant feeding and baby/infant first aid
- Monday, February 17: Safe sleep and infant care
- Monday, February 24: Supporting children through painful procedures
About the Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes
Pregnancy and Childbirth Classes are provided by KAUST Health as a service to the community. These classes are held regularly throughout the year. They are continuously updated with latest evidence-based research and are targeted at all mothers, even if they’ve previously had children at KAUST.
To support a learning environment, we request that only pregnant women and their birth partners attend these classes. Please make care arrangements for older siblings.
