GETTING AROUND
Post-Race Shuttles – from 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. shuttles will be running from opposite KAUST Inn back to the Transition area.
Driving – Check the course maps to see which roads and parking lots will be affected by the race routes.
We recommend cycling or walking on Saturday morning. If you are driving, you may experience short delays or reroutes. For the safety of our athletes, please drive extra carefully and follow traffic directions.
BEST LOCATIONS TO WATCH THE RACE
Sprint Triathlon:
- Swimming – start at the Urban Beach, and walk along Harbor Walk
- Cycling – Salmani Street to King Abdullah Monument and back. (Note: the roads will be closed for traffic)
- Running – head towards the Beacon or Harbor Sports Club
Kids Triathlon:
- Swimming – pool deck of the Harbor Sports Club family pool
- Cycling – around the University campus – Hope Avenue and between Discovery Square and the University
- Running – Harbor Sports Club track
