Government Affairs would like to inform the KAUST community that Thursday, April 28 will be the last day to apply for family visit visas for Muslims due to the beginning of Ramadan and Hajj season.
Please email your completed application to Government Affairs before Thursday, April 28 by 5:00 p.m. to ensure that your application will be processed. For forms and procedures, please visit the Government Affairs website.
No family visit visas will be issued after this date in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). MOFA will resume issuing Muslim family visit visas starting on Sunday, September 25.
Non-Muslims will be issued visas during this time without restriction.
