Following discussions with insurance providers Alinma Tokio Marine (ATMC), it has been decided that for the foreseeable future, they will not attend KAUST as they have done before.
This is because personal insurance can now be fully transacted online (via email) and payments can be made by bank transfer. Therefore, ATMC has decided that the resources they allocated to KAUST would be better served improving service directly from their Jeddah office.
Marsh Saudi Arabia, KAUST’s insurance brokers, can also provide personal insurance services.
