If you have successfully registered for tickets, you can collect them from the Community Information Center (CIC) located in Discovery Square from Monday, December 14 to Wednesday, December 16 between 9.00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Entrance to the event is by ticket and KAUST photo ID only.
- Remember to collect your tickets or they will be forfeited.
- Tickets will not be issued on the day.
WEP students who are required to attend “Hamlet” for credit please visit the WEP hub to receive your tickets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays until Thursday, December 17. The WEP Hub is located in the Engineering Science Hall (bldg. 9), Level 2, rooms 2133-2135.
