KAUST community members are invited to submit their original works of visual art as part of the Third Annual Celebrate Saudi Arabia Art Competition. Selected pieces will be exhibited from January 10 – 18, 2016. Winners will be announced at a special gala on Thursday, January 21. Submission is open from today, Sunday, December 13 to Thursday, December 31 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. daily in room 2068 in the Auditorium (bldg. 20).
- All artwork must be accompanied by a short written description of your work (30 words maximum)
- All contestants must provide the work printed, mounted or framed AND ready to hang.

Each year, selected pieces are transformed into postcards (upon the artist’s permission) and sold in the University’s Matjar store on Discovery Walk, with proceeds benefitting Social Responsibility projects in Thuwal.
