Government Affairs would like to remind the KAUST community about submissions before the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday period.
To ensure prompt processing of your requests and visa applications without delays, we advise you to submit all requests before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
Please be informed that all Saudi government agencies will be closed from May 24, 2026, for the Eid al-Adha holiday. Regular business will resume on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
In the event of off-campus emergencies requiring Government Affairs assistance during the holiday, our support line is available 24/7 at 054 470 1111. We recommend adding this number to your mobile contacts for easy access.
