Thank you to those who have already submitted proposals for the Winter Enrichment Program (WEP) 2027.
Due to continued interest, the submission deadline has been extended to 11 June 2026.
Under the theme “Frontiers: Advancing mission-led discovery,” WEP 2027 will bring together diverse perspectives and ideas that explore the frontiers of knowledge and contribute to addressing global challenges.
We continue to invite proposals for:
- Panel discussions
- Workshops and interactive sessions
- Performances
- Cultural and community experiences
This is an opportunity to contribute to a program that fosters collaboration, encourages interdisciplinary exchange, and highlights innovative thinking across KAUST and beyond.
