In our continued awareness efforts, KAUST Information Security is excited to announce that October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! This global initiative is aimed at educating and empowering our community to stay vigilant against cyber threats and enhance digital safety both at work and at home.
Why Cybersecurity Awareness matters?
With increasing reliance on digital tools and technologies, the risk of cyber threats has never been higher. Cybersecurity Awareness Month provides an opportunity to equip ourselves with the knowledge and best practices needed to protect sensitive information and keep our digital environment secure.
What to expect this month?
Throughout the month, we will focus on different cybersecurity weekly themes. There will be something for everyone, whether learning through play, listening to the experts, or reading on the latest in cybersecurity.
- Educational content: Articles, videos, & other resources to boost your cybersecurity knowledge.
- Interactive activities: Online quizzes, games & challenges to test your skills and compete for prizes.
- Webinars: Join live sessions with NCA cybersecurity experts on key topics.
