Office of Student Life and the Student Programming Board (SPB) is excited to invite you to the upcoming Start of Semester Beach Party! This event has been rescheduled.
Take this opportunity to welcome our new graduate students and meet the new SPB members! Event details:
- Date: Saturday, September 16, 2023
- Time: 5:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. Food will be served at 5:30 p.m.
- Location: South Beach
- Shuttle buses will be available for graduate students from Building 18, Student Center every 30 minutes from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Food included (BBQ): note that food will be provided to graduate students only on a first-come first-served bases. Community members can purchase their food at the event.
- South Beach will only be accessed by KAUST community over 18 years old starting from 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 16. Anyone under 18 years will not be admitted to the venue and to this event.
What to bring?
- Beach towels (there will be some fun water activities and you may get splashed, bring your towel to keep yourself dry).
- Water bottle
- Slippers
- Your fun spirit!
