We are pleased to announce the launch of your Employee Wellbeing Program (EWP) through ICAS. It is a holistic program that will give you access to professional psychologists, dieticians, and financial, legal and career advisors. We are eager to support our employees, university students and their family members. These services will be available to you starting today, Monday, July 27, 2020.
Some of you have attended the first EWP orientation session. If you didn’t attend the first session, feel free to register for one of the upcoming sessions below:

Telephone counseling is available in six languages: Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, French and Tagalog (for Tagalog, select English and request a call back).
This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Employees, university students, and their families can call as often as they wish on any number of matters. Please don’t hesitate to use or recommend this valuable service to colleagues or immediate family, whenever needed. It’s free, easy to access, and confidential.
Confidentiality
Any contact with the EWP is confidential. ICAS is an independent, external organization so no one will ever know that a particular employee has called.

Who can utilize the service?
Everyone mentioned below can utilize EWP services. KAUST funds it so there is no cost to the employee.
- All KAUST employees, their immediate (household) family members over the age of 17, and live-in domestic helpers
- All university students, their immediate (household) family members over the age of 17, and live-in domestic helpers
