Would you like to be part of WEP 2026?
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support workshops, keynotes, and activities throughout the program. Volunteering for WEP is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and contribute to making the program a truly enriching experience for everyone.
Each year, we welcome a dedicated team of volunteers who play an essential role in ensuring the success of WEP across a wide range of areas.

In the form, you will be able to indicate your preferred days and times to join the WEP team, according to your availability.
• Volunteers should be available during WEP and should not be attending WEP as a requirement for graduation.
• Registration for volunteering will close on December 18, 2025.

I look forward to volunteering; however, I could not locate the form in the LENS on 03/12/25 & the email, ‘wep@kaust.edu.sa,’ is incorrect.
