The 2015 Winter Enrichment Program begins this weekend, and there is some important information all community members should know. Please make sure you read the following instructions, and enjoy WEP!
Event times
Please re-check your event schedule at wep.acadox.com, as event times and details may have changed. If you can no longer attend an event with limited capacity, make sure you visit the event page at wep.acadox.com and de-register, so other people can attend the event. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before all events.
Events at Discovery Walk
If you are attending an event that is advertised as being on Discovery Walk you may be unsure where this is. Discovery Walk is the walkway running through the middle of the campus from the Student Center to the IT building (and along the University Library). Some refer to it as the Spine.
Brown Bag Lectures
WEP 2105 has a series of lunchtime lectures known as Brown Bag Lectures. Note that these events include a light lunch, in order to make it easier for people to attend during their lunchtime. Click here for a list of Brown Bag Lectures.
