Volunteers Mobilize to Distribute Water

A meeting was held in the multipurpose room in Discovery square at 10:30 today. Volunteers signed up to help distribute water to the KAUST community as part of today’s ongoing efforts. If you’d like to get involved email Omar Omar.

Volunteer teams are bringing cases of water to all homes throughout campus. Please use this water for drinking, cooking and other personal uses. If you need additional water, please call 054 470 0277.

Community members are being asked to recycle all materials using their recycling bins. Additional recyclables, including boxes and large bottles, can be placed next to the recycling bins or brought to the reuse center.

Members of the boy scout and cub scout troops, including primary teacher Chris Cassell (center), were among the community members who came forward to help distribute water.

Truly appreciate all the hard work and effort the volunteers have put into vehicle water deliveries. Those people without transport all really appreciate your help.
