KAUST IT is pleased to announce the new learning event brought by IT Project Management Office: Adaptive Leading of Projects in a Digital World.
The focus of this learning event is managing the people side of any project change. It addresses several topics, including
- The servant Leader as a Project Coach
- The success of digital transformation projects
- The Project Manager as a Change Maker
Registration is open to all KAUST colleagues, particularly those interested and participating in projects.

Schedule
The learning event will take place in two segments on the following dates:
- Thursday, April 8 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 11 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Please note that attending both sessions is mandatory for completing the course.
The course will be 100% virtual.
