Save the Date! February 15 and 17, 2018
Boxtree Productions present “The Wind in the Willows”.
The Office of the Arts is pleased to announce Boxtree Productions are returning with a wonderful family theater production of The Wind in the Willows.
The Wind in the Willows is a charming children’s novel set in Edwardian England, with animals playing adult roles as the main characters. The story captures the meaning of true friendship between the Water Rat, the Mole, and the Badger, while they are having fun and adventures near their riverbank homes. They then go to lend a hand to help their friend Toad of Toad Hall who, through his extravagant and mischievous lifestyle, has lost his grand home to the barbaric stouts and weasels!
With inventive staging, original songs and magical storytelling we invite the KAUST community to enjoy this classic tale of adventure, friendship, and picnics in Boxtree Productions’ unique and energetic way.
Two performances in the Auditorium, Building 20:
Thursday, February 15 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 17 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Families with children are encouraged to attend this afternoon performance.
