Effective Sunday, August 23, and for approximately 10 days, the Tamimi Markets online ordering system will be reserved ONLY for quarantined individuals and those considered by KAUST Health to be high risk.
With more than 650 community members coming back to KAUST over the next couple of days, we would like to prioritize quarantined individuals and whole households in self-isolation.

For those families newly in quarantine, below is information about online shopping and delivery from Tamimi at KAUST.
Tamimi online ordering service
Tamimi online ordering service is now available for use by all KAUST community members. The service has completed over 800 online orders a month for quarantine and self-isolation households during the last three months.
The online payment works smoothly and the website is matched to the current stock. When items show in the online store, they will be available 99% of the time.
To use the service:
- Visit the Tamimi Markets website
- Create a login
- Select the “KAUST Residents Only” store, and start shopping
- Upon checkout, select “Click and Collect” and enter your address in the remarks box
- When your order is ready, Tamimi will call you to check you are available to receive it
