Office of Student Life and the Student Programming Board (SPB) are excited to invite you to the upcoming Start of Semester Beach Party!
Take this opportunity to welcome our new graduate students and meet the new SPB members!
Event details:
- Date: Saturday, February 8, 2025
- Time: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Food will be served at 5:30 p.m.
- Location: South Beach
- Shuttle buses will be available for graduate students from Building 18 (Student Center) every 30 mins from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Food included (BBQ): food will be provided to graduate students only on a first-come, first-served basis (students will get a wristband at the entrance to get their meal for free. Community members will be able to purchase their own meal).
- The event will only be accessed by the KAUST community over 18 years old starting from 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8. Anyone under 18 years old will not be admitted to the venue and this event.
Registration
- Students should register through Campus Connect to get their wristband for the meal (registrations will open on January 30 at 2:00 p.m.)
- Community members are welcome to join without registration.
