• Enter your destination and travel dates
• Enter promotional code “SAKAUST” in the promotional code field
• Click “Start Booking” and select your flights
• Your special fare will be calculated based on existing market fares at the time of booking

It seems that it doesn’t work properly…
trying to book, gives me “error”
It doesn’t work. Gives me an error every time.
It does not work!
– the promotion keeps the system in a loop “Please check all information provided for this Special Offer code and click Find Flights.”
– using a bad code I get “Sorry, the Promotional code you entered is not valid. Please check and try again.”
– Not using any code things work just fine

It only works if you book the flight from Saudi airport (jeddah, riyadh etc).
The problem is that without entering the code, it shows cheaper prices but when I search flight with the code, prices it shows as “special fare for KAUST” are more expensive than without the code. Does this code is to give discount or for buying more expensive tickets?
Apologies for the glitch, we will relay this information to Emirates. I tried it myself and it took me a couple of attempts before succeeding.
I made a booking on a random date and a random destination (Jeddah-London, May 1 / May 8) and here is the screencap of the result.
We wish to check the errors as well as to verify the claim that it is “more expensive if without the code”, thus it will help us if the dates and destinations are indicated on the posts here (if possible), for our reference and testing. Thanks.
