Skin Cancer Screening Clinic

KAUST is sunny nearly 365 days per year, which is a great benefit for many aspects of overall health and wellness in our community. However, spending too much time in the sun can increase your risk of ultraviolet damage to your skin.

To promote early detection of skin cancer, KAUST Health is hosting a screening clinic this September.

Get screened

  • Date: September 30, 2019
  • Physician: Dr. Mohammed Shafiq, KAUST Health Family Medicine Consultant, and an experienced skin specialist.

Book a Screening

As a service to the community, KAUST Health is waiving the 26 SAR administration fee for KAUST-insured community members. Insurance and any related insurance fees will be required.

Bookings for the Skin Cancer Screening Clinic will be available through our call center only. Please book an appointment by calling 940 or 012 808 0940.

If you have scheduled an appointment, please remember to attend or cancel your appointment. This enables other patients the opportunity to use the appointment slot. Learn more about canceling appointments.

Skin Cancer Risk Assessment Form:

Before your appointment, please take a few minutes to complete a personal skin cancer risk assessment form and bring it with you on the day.

Skin cancer protection and detection are important. We look forward to seeing you at the clinic.

Kind regards,

Daniel Buttigieg
Director, KAUST Health

Would you please do another skin cancer clinic. I couldn’t get an appointment, even though I called after only two days.
