Saudi Aramco Cultural Program Kicks Off in Jeddah

The Saudi Aramco Cultural Program is back again this year with new and exciting programs for the entire family. The 2012 program opens its doors tomorrow night at the Saudi Aramco Club in the Rehab Mall in Jeddah and will run until July 18. Operating hours are from 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

With locations also in Dhahran and Riyadh, the cultural program offers galleries, exhibits, shows, activities, and games for all ages. Click here for details.

Starting on Monday, June 25, a complimentary bus shuttle will be available from KAUST to Rehab Mall in Jeddah each Monday and Wednesday, until the end of the program. Stop by the Harbor Sports Club reception desk to register. The buses will pick up from the Tamimi Supermarket parking area at 5:00 p.m. and will return to KAUST, departing Jeddah at 11:00 p.m. Click here to view details.

Can kids from the other international schools participate in the said event?

Yes, this free event is open to the general public and all are welcome to attend.

I’d love to attend, but those of us who work cannot take advantage of this – why is the bus leaving at 5pm?

With one hour travel time, the bus needs to leave KAUST at 5:00PM for participants to effectively catch the start of the daily event at 6:00PM.
