Ramadan activities – What’s on this week?

During Ramadan, there will be a range of activities for everyone to enjoy– early evening at the Harbor Sports Club and late evening at Discovery Square, Community Library and Harbor Walk.

This week the Ramadan photo booth and the calligrapher are back!

This week’s festivities include:

Community Hub & Discovery Square Community Library & Harbor Walk Harbor Sports Club
  • Community Hub open for relaxing (all week)
  • Date and coffee; Ceram, chess and other traditional games in the Community Hub (Thursday + Friday)
  • Iftar treats at Ya Hala (all week)
  • Late night movies at Discovery Cinema
    (all week)
  • Library Room with seating and TV (all week)
  • KidsZone – including movies, small bouncy castle and candy shop (Thursday + Friday, from 9:00 p.m.)
  • Ceram, chess and other traditional games (Thursday + Friday)
  • Calligraphy (Friday, from 9:00 p.m.)
  • Ramadan Photo Booth
    (Friday, from 9:00 p.m.)
  • Face Painting, Coloring with Sand (Thursday + Friday, from 8:00 p.m.)
  • Arabic Coffee & Bread
    (Thursday + Friday, from 9:00 p.m.)
  • PlayStation, bowling, and arcade games  (all week)
  • Inflatables in the arena, (Thursday, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.)
  • Inflatables in the pool, (Friday, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.)

Ramadan Iftar

Enjoy a variety of traditional Iftar buffets with family, friends, colleagues, at the following locations:

Car parking and transport

Remember – there is plenty of parking at the Harbor Walk and Discovery Square (opposite KAUST Inn) car parks. For your convenience and comfort, the Coastline cars will also make regular trips from Harbor Sports Club and the car parks, to the Harbor Walk area.
