The KAUST Lab Equipment Maintenance Core Lab Team is organizing a half-day webinar on November 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. focusing on “Pipetting – The Unexplored Aspects.” The online event is held in partnership with Eppendorf and VWR International.
During the event, liquid handling experts from Eppendorf and VWR will share their knowledge and expertise in liquid handling and proper pipette/pipette tip selection, maintenance and use. The session will cover all major aspects of pipetting that can contribute to the improvement of experimental results in the lab.
Attendees will also learn about new pipetting tools and solutions available from Eppendorf and how users can benefit from the quality, safety and convenience provided by them without compromising results. The session will also include an introduction and a live demo on the PCS® Pipette Calibration System by Artel, which will enable attendees to easily calibrate pipettes; perform interim verifications; standardize operator skills; manage the pipette inventory; and more.
